Born and raised on the Texas Coast and a fourth generation Realtor, Courtney Whitten has the ideal foundation for selling and buying properties in Rockport, Texas and surrounding areas. From her grandparents, Dayne & Parkie Luce, who have spent over 50 years running a successful Real Estate company, she learned the significance of commitment, leadership, integrity, and entrepreneurial spirit. Courtney values being a strong and helpful figure in all of her work and personal endeavors. While she has been observing her family succeed in their real estate ventures her whole life, Courtney’s own real estate career began in Property Management where she was a Rental Agent at Luce Properties for 2 years. This summer, she became a licensed Realtor and is now a Sales Agent, Sales Manager’s Assistant, Notary Public, and Marketing Director for Luce Properties.
