Dayne Luce has lived in Rockport all his adult life, moving here after attending the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1978. He has been in Real Estate for 28 years & is dedicated to personalized service with the mission to provide visitors & full time residents with the opportunity to experience the distinctive Rockport lifestyle. After working at Key Allegro Sales Inc, Luce Properties began in 2001. In 2010, they purchased the property at 1809 Bay Shore Drive & extended the company to Key Allegro Coastal Luce Properties, LLC. Dayne finds gratification in working with residents who are selling their home and with buyers looking for their coastal paradise. Dayne and his wife Parkie (Ledbetter) were married on the waters of Little Bay, Rockport, 38 years ago. They have four grown children, ten precious grandchildren, and two great grandkids. He loves to spend time with all of them! Dayne’s love and dedication for the Rockport area & experience in the local market has constructed an impressive personal & business credibility. |
